What clients ask us

Who do you work for?

Mainly small and mid-sized companies in Slovakia and Czechia – e-shops, service businesses, clinics, as well as schools and non-profits. Every project is custom-built and scoped to what the company actually needs.

How much does a website or an AI assistant cost?

It depends on the scope. After an initial consultation you get a quote up front, including exactly what is covered. We never start without an agreed price.

How long does a website take?

A typical company website is usually ready within a few weeks. Having your materials ready – copy, photos, logo – speeds things up the most. If you don't have them, we prepare them with the help of AI.

What is an AI assistant, and what is an AI agent?

An AI assistant answers questions – for customers on your website or via WhatsApp, for staff from internal documents. An AI agent goes a step further and completes the task itself, for example processing an order or invoice and entering the data into the system you already use.

Can an AI assistant work on WhatsApp?

Yes. We deployed an AI assistant for a paediatric clinic that answers parents both on the website and via WhatsApp. It works with the information you give it and hands complex questions over to a person.

Will our company data end up in a public AI?

We set things up so it doesn't. We use business versions of AI tools where your data is not used for model training, limit access and write simple rules on what may and may not go into AI.

Does the EU AI Act apply to us?

The AI Act also applies to companies that only use AI. For typical use it is mainly about staff knowing how to use AI safely and customers knowing they are talking to a chatbot. Obligations are phased in – in the consultation we go through which ones apply to you.

We have Microsoft 365. Can you help us use Copilot?

Yes. Many companies pay for Copilot but barely use it. In a hands-on training we show your team how to write, summarise and work with documents using your real tasks.

Will customers notice that AI wrote the text or made the image?

Every output is checked by a person before delivery – facts, tone and grammar. The goal is not to hide AI but to make sure text and visuals fit your brand and are accurate.

Do you work for Czech companies?

Yes, Czechia is our second main market. We work online, so distance does not matter.

Do you also look after existing websites?

Yes. We provide website maintenance and support, mainly for WordPress – updates, bug fixes and solving technical and security issues. We also prepare email campaigns.

Do you build web and mobile apps too?

Yes. Besides websites we develop web and mobile apps – for example our AI Visibility Check tool or the Global Collector app for coin and banknote collectors.
